Sourcing [read more]
Finding the right supplier is often extremely challenging and time-consuming. If left in inexperienced hands, important details can be overlooked, causing real problems later. We have offices located in key international locations and work from our comprehensive database of verified suppliers and manufacturers.
Our Trade Delegates also work with foreign embassy officials on a daily basis to ensure our clients’ goods are manufactured, quality checked, and shipped problem-free.
The Trade Delegates will always attempt to lower prices for you – whether on the price of the goods, your freight costs, or any other aspect – we will negotiate on your behalf without even being asked to.
We will also negotiate on production times and payment terms to suit your company’s best interests. If there is ever a problem with a trade, we will always negotiate a solution that benefits you.
Trade Review [read more]
Once we’ve completed a Trade Review, our clients are presented with factual information, all of which is easy to understand and completely transparent.
The Trade Review will reflect the cost price of the goods, country of origin, freight, duty and VAT, as well as our management fee. All production times and quality inspections will be detailed and prices do not change if the trade situation changes. For example: If the price of the freight increases whilst the goods are in production, we will always honour our original quotation.
Finance [read more]
We can provide clients with Trade Finance, if their credit rating enables us to finance the trade. For the first trade we can offer credit terms of 30 days after arrival of the goods into the UK. After the first trade we can extend these payment terms to up to 90 days from date of arrival, on a case-by-case basis.
We also work with numerous start-up companies and those that don’t have the advantage of a strong credit rating. International Trade Services Ltd understands the financial constraints and cash flow pressures that go along with importing. In the negotiation stage we will attempt to lower one’s initial deposit, and the main payment amount, to assist your cash flow requirements as much as possible.
Logistics [read more]
International Trade Services provides all Logistics from point of origin to UK Door. We also clear all goods through customs under our own name and assume the entire administrative responsibility.
This includes customs clearance and all paperwork associated with the shipping process. One of the main advantages for our clients is that we handle all the insurance and HMRC audit requirements.
